It's our 18th Anniversary!
Join us for a trip down memory lane! Visit our photo gallery.
Sierra School of Performing Arts began with a vision to create a place that would give children, teens, and adults in northern Nevada the opportunity to perform and grow in their craft. Since 2005, we have presented full-scale theatrical productions, and have held summer camps and individual classes. Click here to see a photo gallery of our past productions. Our organization strives to provide outstanding and innovative performances along with exceptional educational and outreach programs. We hold classes and camps at our studio at 1380 Greg Street, Suite 225, Sparks, Nevada, 89431. Our performances and some classes are held at other locations in the greater Reno area. Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA)
Sierra School of Performing Arts believes that talent, creativity, and a desire to perform are unrelated to socioeconomic status, gender identity, physical ability or any of the other social constructs that attempt to divide humanity. Led by SSPA’s board of directors, our staff, teaching artists, and directors work to create an atmosphere that celebrates inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility. Theater has a history of being a refuge of acceptance and SSPA strives to carry on that proud tradition.
If you have questions, concerns, or suggestions for SSPA regarding issues of IDEA, please email our IDEA coordinator at sspa.idea22@gmail.com. |
